About Dillon Reed – Certified Sobriety Coach
I’m Dillon Reed, a Certified Professional Recovery Coach who’s been where you are. I specialize in helping people overcome alcohol addiction because I know firsthand what it’s like to walk the road to sobriety. My personal journey, along with my professional training, has given me the tools to guide others toward lasting recovery.
Growing up, I saw how addiction and mental health struggles could affect the people I loved. Eventually, those same struggles became my own. After nearly a decade, I was able to get sober in February 2020. That experience—and my commitment to personal growth—led me to pursue coaching. What was once my greatest challenge has now become my greatest strength, and I’m passionate about using that strength to help others find their way.
I’m certified as a Professional Coach (CPC) and a Professional Recovery Coach (CPRC) through the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches (IAPRC) and NET Institute. My coaching philosophy is simple: I believe you already have the knowledge and the power to change your life. Sometimes, you just need the right support to take action. I use a science-backed approach based on the transtheoretical model, along with positive psychology and motivational interviewing, to help you uncover your own solutions and move forward. My style is curious and open—I ask questions that help you get to the heart of what’s holding you back so you can make real progress.
In my one-on-one sobriety coaching program, I offer personalized, attentive support that’s tailored to your unique needs. No cookie-cutter advice—just real, honest guidance that fits your life.
I’ve also had the chance to share my expertise on various podcasts, where I talk about topics like addiction, mental health, wellness, communication, and personal development.
When I’m not coaching, I’m a husband and father, and family is everything to me. I value authenticity, determination, and doing work that matters. My goal is to leave the world a little better than I found it.
