Frequently Asked Questions

What is group coaching, and how does it work?

Group coaching involves a small group of individuals working together toward a common goal—achieving sobriety. You’ll attend weekly live coaching sessions led by me, where we’ll discuss key topics, share experiences, and provide mutual support. Each session is designed to help you overcome challenges, stay accountable, and move forward in your journey to sobriety.

How is group coaching different from 1-on-1 coaching?

Group coaching offers the added benefit of community support. While 1-on-1 coaching is personalized, group coaching allows you to learn from others’ experiences and build a network of supportive peers. It’s also a more affordable option while still providing expert guidance and accountability.

What if I’m not comfortable sharing in a group setting?

It’s normal to feel hesitant about sharing personal experiences in a group. However, many participants find that once they start, they feel more comfortable and supported. You’re never forced to share anything you’re not ready to discuss, and you’ll find that the group creates a safe, non-judgmental space where everyone is working toward the same goal.

What happens if I miss a session?

We understand that life can get busy. If you miss a session, a recording will be available for you to watch at your convenience. However, we encourage live participation when possible to benefit from the group dynamic and support.

Will I receive any 1-on-1 attention?

While the focus is on group interaction, you’ll still have opportunities to ask personal questions during sessions. Additionally, there may be options for brief individual check-ins or follow-ups if needed.

How much does the program cost?

The cost for the program is $47 per month. We also offer discounts for quarterly, biannual, and annual subscriptions. Compared to 1-on-1 coaching, this provides an affordable option with the added benefit of group support.

Is the group coaching program confidential?

Absolutely. Everything shared within the group remains confidential. Creating a safe, private space is essential for fostering trust and allowing participants to open up about their struggles and successes.

Do I need to be sober before joining the group?

No, you don’t need to be completely sober to join. The group is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re just starting to reduce your drinking or you’ve already been sober for a while. Our goal is to help you on your path to lasting sobriety, no matter where you are in your journey.

What kind of support can I expect between sessions?

Between sessions, you’ll have access to a private online community where you can connect with other participants, share progress, ask questions, and provide support. This ongoing connection helps maintain accountability and momentum.

Can I join if I live outside of the U.S.?

Yes, the group coaching program is open to participants worldwide. However, session times will be based on U.S. time zones, so please keep that in mind when signing up.
